Situated on a refreshing beach in Tamarindo, this beautiful Costa Rica hotel, Capitan Suizo has 8 thatched roof villas and 22 rooms, each spacius and comfortable, all with a patio or balcony. Our lush, tropical grounds include a huge freeform pool, a bar and an open-air restaurant. Day trips include Horseback riding, kayaking, snorkling, scuba diving, surfing and sport fishing.
Spacious bungalows feature a mezzanine bedroom with king-size bed that sits diagonally facing two huge sliding doors that open to a tropical garden. A serene, simple beauty pervades the 20 room and 8 bunngalows with natural gray stone floors and deep red hardwoods which are harmoniously balanced by attractive greenish blue soft-cushioned sofas and chairs. Halogen lamps inset in the ceiling provide super lighting; soft-lit lanterns provide a more romantic note when desired. The bungalow bathrooms are the size of some hotel rooms! A deep tub is set next to the window. Outside a cool shower awaits in its own semi-circular enclosure. Closets have wicker-mesh to let your clothes breathe.
We offer 8 thatched roofed villas and 22 rooms, each spacious with an ocean view, terrace or balcony. The bungalows and all of the rooms on the second floor are built in such a way that a/c is not needed. Rooms on the first floor have air conditioning and each unit is equipped with a telephone, an FM/AM radio, a safety box and a small refrigerator.
