Large maintained, shaded enclosed lot at 5 mins. walk from town or beach in Jaco. Spacious 3 bedroom (2 dbl beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with h\w showers, equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, fridge, electric range, small sound system with CD player, ceiling fans in every room, private pool 8 x 5 metres (maintained), small briquette BBQ, lounge chairs. Linens provided with maid service every 2nd day. Automatic washer & Bicycle for clients use. Area for vehicle storage.

Low Season (May 1 - November 14)
$90/night; $500/week; $1,300/month

High Season (November 15- April 30)
$100/night; $600/week; $2,000/month

Peak Season (Easter,Xmas & New Year's)
$135/night; $850/week

Rates are based upon 2 adults.
Additional guests pay $15/night $50/week: $125/month
