The cuisine of our restaurant, Le Gourmet, personally directed by the proprietor, is carefully prepared to exalt the flavor of its ingredients. To achieve excellence, for our guests, with our heavenly gourmet cooking, we obtain all of our ingredients fresh from little village markets very early every morning, thus avoiding all frozen and artificially preserved products.
